Bonjour everyone! How it's going? (Wow, great, glad to hear it!) Here is the thing. We made a new pretty decent character...again. Okay, here's what we got. His code name is Neptune (obviously) and he's one of the most dangerous dudes both under water and on the ground. Remember that guy with three green lights on his head?
